The UIA is very happy to remind you  to its 11 th Winter Seminar on the topic of “Cross-border M&A Transactions – Corporate, Regulatory, Litigation/Arbitration and Related Issues " being held in Chamonix, France, from March 5 to 12, 2016. Disregard this mail if you have already registered both for the hotel and for the seminar.

You are kindly invited to register now for the seminar as well! Only 2 month left to go. Join us in Chamonix for an outstanding event!

The seminar may qualify for credits of continuing legal education systems depending on the jurisdiction. 26 hours of training! Take this opportunity to obtain your credits!

HOW TO REGISTER?

Register online or fill out the registration form and send it back to the UIA by e-mail (uiacentre@uianet.org) or by fax.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM?

A limited number of rooms has been pre-booked, at exceptional preferential rates at the Hôtel Les Aiglons. Reservations should be made directly through the hotel by using the hotel reservation information available on the Seminar Website. Kindly note that the number of rooms is limited. We recommend that you proceed with your reservations as soon as possible.

We kindly ask you to book your hotel room by January 11 at the latest. After this date, the room block will be released.
